Silo Self Storage | Monroe, Georgia
Silo Self Storage – Monroe is a multi-phase, single-level Class A self-storage facility located in Monroe, Georgia. Located directly on Hwy 78, the first phase on Silo Monroe was completed in 2022 (47,000 square feet and 53 RV parking spaces) and the second phase was completed in early 2024, adding an additional 30,000 square feet of drive-up climate units.
Silo Monroe plans to continue its expansion with two additional drive-up climate buildings slated for 2026, bringing the total square footage to just over 100,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage.
Silo Self Storage | Holly Springs, Georgia
Silo Self Storage – Holly Springs is multi-level, 104,000 square foot, Class A self-storage facility located in the affluent community of Holly Springs, Georgia. Situated directly on Holly Springs Parkway across from Publix Supermarkets, this state-of-the-art facility opened in May 2024 and offers 644 climate-controlled storage units.
Silo Self Storage | Douglasville, Georgia
Silo Self Storage – Douglasville is multi-level, 80,000 square foot, Class A self-storage facility located in Douglasville, Georgia. Situated directly on Highway 5 just north of I-20, this Class A facility opened in October 2024 and offers 438 climate-controlled storage units.
Silo Self Storage | Port Wentworth, Georgia
Silo Self Storage – Port Wentworth is three-story, 107,000 square foot, Class A self-storage facility located in Port Wentworth, GA. Situated on Highway 21 just north of I-95, this state-of-the-art facility offers 651 climate-controlled units and is scheduled to be delivered in May 2025.
Statham Oaks Storage | Statham, Georgia
Statham Oaks Storage, a 45,000 square foot, mini-storage facility with 3 acres of RV parking, is located just 12 miles from the University of Georgia and downtown Athens. White Oak acquired the facility in 2015, expanded the existing storage footprint and constructed the RV lot, and sold the facility in March 2020.
