Riverview Land Assemblage | Atlanta, Georgia
In 2021, White Oak, in conjunction with an affiliate firm, purchased approximately 30 acres of premier heavy industrial and future development land along the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta, Georgia. Historically, a largely industrial area of Atlanta, the Riverview corridor continues to undergo a massive urban revitalization and vibrant transformation into the City of Smyrna’s premier riverfront location and mixed-use district.
Presently, Riverview operates as heavy industrial leased land and outdoor storage and is one of the few remaining riverfront development assemblages between Veterans Memorial Highway and the newly-built Riverview commercial district in the City of Smyrna.
